1. Stal den Bisschop is organizing a hybrid auction on July 16, 2024. The auction is supervised by auctioneer Chris De Heer. The judgment of the auctioneer is binding for determining whether a bid in the auction was first made by a participant via the internet or by a bidder from the room. The allocation takes place by auction to the highest bidder, this is the purchase price excluding VAT.
2. Participation in this auction implies the explicit and unconditional acknowledgment and acceptance of these auction and sales conditions. To be able to participate in the hybrid auction, the buyer must register in advance via the auction platform of www.vdbisschop.auction. By registering, he unconditionally accepts these auction and sales conditions.
3. Bids and payments are made in euros.
4. The buyer does not pay any auction costs.
5. A few days after the auction, the buyer will receive an invoice for the purchase price with the corresponding VAT (21%)
6. The sale is concluded in accordance with Belgian law by auction and allocation to the highest bidder after payment of the purchase price, to be increased by 21% VAT. The auction and sales conditions are an integral part of the sales agreement.
7. Stal den Bisschop settles in the final instance all disputes that may arise during the auction operations regarding the sale. In the event of a dispute, only this text applies, only Belgian law is applicable and only the courts that come under the district of Ghent are competent.
8. In the event of export, the buyer will submit a valid export document within 6 months, under penalty of still being charged the VAT due.
9. The owners of the accommodation where this auction takes place are not responsible for damage to persons and goods.
STATEMENT ON PERSONAL DATA AVAILABILITY
The personal data supplied by the Participant may only be used for the purposes of the registration referred to above, which makes it possible to bid via the internet. The auctioning party, as well as civil-law notaries involved in an auction, may request and inspect all data made available by the Participant. The aforementioned personal data of the Participant may only be provided to third parties insofar as this is necessary in the context of bidding at the auction. The aforementioned personal data of the Participant may not be sold, rented or otherwise used by third parties. The Participant gives permission for the visibility of his data to all employees of the auctioning party and other parties that are affiliated with the internet bidding system.
1. Stal den Bisschop organiseert een hybrideveiling op 16 juli 2024. De veiling staat onder toezicht van veilingmeester Chris De Heer. Voor het bepalen of een bod in de veiling eerst is uitgebracht door een deelnemer via internet of een bieder uit de zaal, is het oordeel van de veilingmeester bindend. De toewijzing geschiedt bij opbod aan de meestbiedende, dit is de koopsom excl BTW.
2. Het deelnemen aan deze veiling impliceert de uitdrukkelijke en voorbehoudloze kennisname en aanvaarding van onderhavige veiling- en verkoopsvoorwaarden. Om te kunnen deelnemen aan de hybrideveiling dient de koper zich vooraf te registeren via het veilingplatform van www.vdbisschop.auction Door deze registratie aanvaardt hij onvoorwaardelijk deze veiling- en verkoopsvoorwaarden.
3. De biedingen en betalingen geschieden in euro.
4. De koper betaalt geen veilingkosten.
5. De koper zal enkele dagen na de veiling een factuur ontvangen van de koopsom met bijhorende BTW (21%)
6. De verkoop komt tot stand volgens Belgisch recht bij opbod en toewijzing aan de hoogste bieder na betaling van de koopprijs, te verhogen met 21% BTW. De veiling- en verkoopsvoorwaarden maken integraal deel uit van de verkoopovereenkomst.
7. Stal den Bisschop beslecht in laatste instantie alle betwistingen die tijdens de veilingverrichtingen nopens de verkoop zouden kunnen ontstaan. Bij betwisting geldt uitsluitend deze tekst, alleen de Belgische wetgeving is van toepassing en alleen de rechtbanken ressorterend onder het arrondisement Gent zijn bevoegd.
8. In geval van export zal de koper binnen de 6 maanden een geldig exportdocument voorleggen op straffe van het alsnog in rekening brengen van de verschuldigde BTW
9. De eigenaars van de accomodatie waar deze veiling plaatsvindt zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor schade aan personen en goederen.
VERKLARING INZAKE BESCHIKBAARHEID PERSOONLIJKE GEGEVENS
De door de Deelnemer aangeleverde persoonlijke gegevens mogen alleen worden gebruikt ten behoeve van de hiervoor bedoelde registratie die het mogelijk maakt via internet mee te kunnen bieden. De veilende partij, alsmede bij een veiling betrokken notarissen mogen alle door de Deelnemer beschikbaar gestelde gegevens opvragen en inzien. De hiervoor vermelde persoonsgegevens van de Deelnemer mogen slechts aan derden worden verstrekt voor zover dit nodig is in het kader van het bieden op de veiling. De hiervoor genoemde persoonsgegevens van de Deelnemer mogen niet aan derden worden verkocht, verhuurd of anderszins in gebruik worden gegeven. De Deelnemer geeft toestemming voor de zichtbaarheid van zijn gegevens aan alle medewerkers van de veilende partij en andere partijen die zijn aangesloten bij het internetbiedsysteem.
